What does each shipping option mean?

We will use the billing address as the shipping/delivery address if the shipping address is not indicated during checkout.

Do you ship to countries outside Singapore?

What payment options are available?

For contactless payments in Singapore we have;

• PayNow (via QR scan or company UEN)
• Grabpay
• Singtel Dash

For credit card purchases, we are using paypal as a payment gateway. You will be re-directed to paypal to complete your transaction.

Do you accept NTUC Care Fund vouchers?

Yes, we accept NTUC Care Fund vouchers. They are limited to uniform purchases. Please contact us via email or whatsapp for further details on how to use the vouchers for uniform purchases.

Exchanges: defective items or size exchange

You can contact us at general.gimkeong@gmail.com regarding defective items or different size. Exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Items returned for exchange must be in mint, unused condition, with hang tags intact and in their original packaging. It has to be free from make-up and perfume stains. We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the items are of unacceptable condition.

Items mailed back to us without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Product information

Items displayed at our website are available while stocks last. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are valid and applicable to all countries. There will be a difference in colors you see on the website and actual product due to the nature of display technology and image capturing devices. We do our best to ensure that all information transmitted on the website are accurate at the time of publishing. Sometimes product received may be darker in reality due to strong studio lighting.

Gim Keong Trading Co reserves the right to amend any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.

In the event of any form of dispute, Gim Keong Trading Co has the right to the final decision.
